Edna Shugak, General Board Edna is the wife of Don Shugak, and they are proud Grandparents of two (2005,2007). They've raised two children. Edna is from Pedro Bay and is an Athabascan Indian. Edna is usually in-the-know about scheduling events and information concerning ANNLF.
